Dates, Time, and Place

March 12th and 13th 2010, Ardmore Aerodrome, Auckland. Friday from afternoon till evening (1pm-7:45pm), all day Saturday (9am-4pm).

Trade Exhibits

Exhibitors range from Avionics suppliers to Training Organisations, Engine Rebuilders to Aviation Insurance specialists, Government Agencies and Aircraft Sellers. To see a list of currently confirmed exhibitors click here.

New Aircraft

Both fixed wing and rotary, will be displayed by their Australasian Distributors. Fresh for 2010 PilotExpo have confirmed exhibits from Cirrus who will bring their new SR 20 and 22 and Tecnam and their new P2006 Twin to display.

Exhibitor Aircraft

Exhibitors can display an aircraft on the line as part of their stand to show the public examples of their work.

Used Aircraft Park

PilotExpoNZ will feature a large used aircraft lot. If you are thinking of selling your plane, then for a nominal sum you can bring it in a park it up for the weekend. You will be joining the biggest gathering of used planes for sale in one place a one time in NZ. With thousands of interested parties visiting over the weekend, it has to be one of the best opportunities of the year to buy and sell a pre loved flying machine! Seminars

2010 will provide two sets of seminars running concurrently though Friday afternoon and Saturday.

Our central seminar area will host speakers with specialist aviation backgrounds discussing a diversity of subjects from directional issues in the industry to first-hand rescue helicopter pilot experiences.

Our Learn to Fly seminars will explain in full detail everything from a pilot's first flight to attaining a Private License and options in aviation thereafter. For recreational pilots a specialist insight into buying and managing an aircraft will be covered - this is an absolute must-see for anyone interested in purchasing their own aircraft whether creating a partnership or establishing a syndicate.

Itinerant Aircraft parking

We welcome pilots and aircraft owners to fly in. If the weather is co-operative PilotExpoNZ 2010 is likely to be one of the largest gatherings of general aviation aircraft in NZ.

No door charges!

No entry charge for the Expo; entry is free to all visitors. No entry charge for the seminars. There will be a charge for car parking, and normal Ardmore charges for landing of aircraft

Catering

There will be quality catering provided by Kiwi King, Nomad Expresso coffee cart and a bar for both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks on both days..
